Before returning your order, you must contact us (preferably via email) to explain the issue.
We will work to resolve the situation and provide you with a
Return Authorization Number (R.A.#).
Returns will not be accepted without an R.A.#.
Outdoor Patio Supplies is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number when returning an order.
- Used or damaged items will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns will not be accepted for orders older than 60 days.
We do not accept returns on slings due to:
- ❌ Incorrect measurements
- ❌ Fabric color discrepancies due to computer screen variations
- ❌ Inability to install the slings
All slings are custom-made based on the provided measurements or brand/model specifications.
Since we manufacture them per order, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
To ensure accuracy, we recommend requesting fabric samples before ordering
and carefully following our measuring and installation guides.
New slings are intentionally tight-fitting to allow for fabric stretching and long-term durability.
Your old slings may appear wider due to stretching over time.
- Installation Tips: Please attempt to install the slings upon arrival, following our installation guide.
If you experience difficulties, contact us, and a technician will assist you.
In most cases, a spreader tool (such as the
DeWalt 24-inch trigger spreader/clamp) is required.
- Measurement Issues: If we made an error in sizing, we will verify the measurements provided and
correct the sling at no cost.
- Incorrect Customer Measurements: If the measurements you provided were incorrect and the sling does not fit,
we can adjust it as a courtesy. However, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
